Booking Policies

Required Information:

1.) First and Last Name (no nicknames)

2.) Phone Number

3.) Email Address

4.) Signed Contract (will be sent at the time of booking)

5.) Home Address (mandatory since you’ll be signing a contract)

If any information is missing or inaccurate your appointment request will be denied.

***MASKS ARE REQUIRED & NO EXTRA GUESTS ALLOWED UNLESS YOU ARE ACCOMPANYING A MINOR***

NEW CLIENT POLICY: All new clients must pay their full balance the day before their appointment. An invoice will be sent the day before the appointment to make the final payment. Failure to make payment will result in the cancellation of the appointment. (This includes clients I have not seen in over a year.)

Calendar: My calendar is open 6 weeks at a time.

Deposits: Once your appointment is booked, I deny ALL potential clients for that day and time, and for this reason deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Deposits are NOT taken until your appointment has been accepted and you’ve received a confirmation text or email.

Cancellations: If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or are a no-show, you will still be charged the FULL AMOUNT of the service.

Late Fees: Late fees are $1 per minute. At 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged the FULL AMOUNT of the service.
